For our hotel in Crete for the season 2019 we are looking for a talented HOTEL MANAGER 
He/She will be accountable for the excellent operation of all departments and for achieving the economic results. 
Qualifications and Skills: 

  • At least five years working experience as a Hotel Manager in luxury hotels
  • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent command of English language. A second or a third language (Russian, German of French) will be considered as an asset
  • Expert in Guest satisfaction 
  • Proven strong leadership skills 
  • Continuous capability development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Human Resources Officer (Full Time)

Creates all the job descriptions and handbooks for each department, in cooperation with the HOD’s. Maintaining a high level of staff ‘etiquette’ in each department, and making sure that the team members follow the Radisson Blu Standards, Job Description procedures and Handbook details.

Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and attitude toward colleagues and ensure that they receive warm welcome to the Radisson Blu beach Resort.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Ass.Manager to join our Housekeeping team.

He will be responsible for the following duties:

To inspect all vacant and occupied rooms to check standards of cleanliness
To manage all special projects on designated floor
To manage guest supplies, cleaning supplies based on pre-established budget to be presented weekly for approval to management
To analyse data and propose improvements to drive Quality following LQA, Forbes, LRA results

Hotel Secretary (Full Time)

Assisting the administration and ensuring all functions and processes of the department are carried out effectively with consistency. Executes various administrative tasks in accurate and professional way within the Resort’s standard and procedure. The Administration Secretary will be required to conduct duties in a productive, ethical and efficient manner ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
